Summary
The Carepeutic KH249 is a heart rate monitor with an unusual shape in the form of a ring. You wear it on one of your fingers. To view heart rate you need to press a button on the ring. Some users have reported that the ring is a little too large and so may not fit really small hands. On the whole, this is an interesting gadget that combines heart rate monitoring and step counting pedometer into one unit.
Note: Please take a look at ePulse2, a new strapless heart rate monitor that simply wraps around your forearm and provides continuous heart rate monitoring.
